About Franklins
Franklins is dedicated to procuring top quality ingredients and cooking them simply and imaginatively in ways that demonstrate that quality. Our meats are rare breeds from farms in southern England and include Gloucester Old Spot pigs, Red Poll cattle and Oxford Down lambs.
Our fish and shellfish are ethically sourced from sustainable British stocks.
Our vegetables are grown in Kent and are only used when in season.
Our game is from Yorkshire and the highlands of Scotland.
Our bottled water, for those who do not want London tap, is from Kingsdown in Kent and has traveled fewer miles than nearly any other bottled water and is in totally recyclable bottles.
All food is cooked to order with freshly prepared ingredients and we even bake our own bread.
